There was some shit going on tonight. I don't know what it was, but there was certainly something. Much tension and awkwardness abounded. And I have very little (though I'll admit to some) idea what it was about. For those involved, I just want to say that I hope everything is or will soon be okay, and that for whatever part I had in it, I'm most certainly sorry. With my imminent departure I've had a lot on my mind and I don't doubt that I ended up being pretty inconsiderate to some people. It was definitely not my intention, and I sincerely apologize. I hope everybody's okay.

To my B-ton peeps, I'll see you in August, but I'll keep in touch, don't worry. I'm a huge computer geek, you know that. I'll be online all the damn time.

I have been uber-productive today. I picked my car up from the service station, talked with my apartment people about next year's lease, went to the post office and got my mail forwarded to my Kansas City address, and got a haircut. I am the man.

You know, I think the best I have to offer a girl really doesn't amount to much. You hear stuff about "sense of humor" but people want that in a friend, not a boyfriend. In reality I think the way things are going to end up is pretty much like in Litte Shop of Horrors when Rick Moranis hooks up with that girl and sings that song, "Suddenly Seymour." I'm starting to think that's how things are going to have to work for me, but nobody ever goes out looking for a Seymour like that. I'm just hoping that sometimes they find one anyway.
